From time to time to vary the pleasures j love to make my pancakes with beer or cider to give it all pancakes slight but unfortunately today I had neither the one nor the other hand just under the milk, no desire to use it and looking a little better I found a bottle of perry!
Recipe for a dozen pancakes
Preparation: 15 min
Stand: 1 hour
Do this:
200 g flour 10 g
fresh yeast 1 tbsp
warm milk 3 tablespoons
brown sugar
50 cl perry
2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp neutral
pear liqueur
3 large whole eggs
1 pinch of salt
sugar, for dusting
Preparation:
Place in a small bowl of fresh yeast with warm milk and tablespoon 1 tsp sugar, let stand 10 minutes "env"
In a bowl mix 3 eggs with the remaining sugar, salt, oil and yeast, mix well and gradually add flour, mix and pour the pear and pear liqueur, stirring continuously until dough is smooth and homogeneous
Let stand 1 hour at room temperature
Heat a little oil in a medium saucepan and make your pancakes
Sprinkle with icing sugar or jam and serve immediately
