Chopsticks "my way" with sunflower seeds and sesame golden
I'm not good at baking .. but I love doing this kind of small baguettes for breakfast because they have the taste and texture of brioche
Serves: 4 chopsticks
Cooking time: 20 min at 220 °
must:
1 kg of flour
50 g fresh yeast
1 / 4 of liter of oil, grapeseed
100 g of sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons sesame 1 tbsp golden
salt 1 / 2 liter of water
Preparation:
Mix the yeast with a little flour and lukewarm water
Let rise 10-15 minutes
Place the remaining flour into a fountain, pour the yeast, oil, water mix, then add the salt, then work vigorously for 10 minutes "about" the seeds and then add a few more minutes to knead into a ball
Leave the dough covered a cloth in a warm place until it has doubled in volume
Flour the work plan and place the dough ball
Flatten - with the palm of the hand
Divide the dough into three or four pieces and made a ball with each paton you aplatirer rectangle using the palm of your hand
Fold dough in half by folding the two edges
Give the form of a rod by rolling the dough on the work plan to lengthen
Repeat for each ball
Place drumsticks in pans for that purpose;
Cover with a cloth and let stand at warm temperature for 1 hour
Incise chopsticks with a knife
Spray a little water to moisten the strips
Bake preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes of cooking "env"
