tart sausage and capers on a pie crust with mustard seeds
This tart is a complete meal with a crisp green salad

Serves: 6 people
Preparation: 20 min
Rest for the pastry: 1 hour
Cooking time: 40 minutes 180 °

must :
For the pie crust with mustard seeds

200 g flour 100 g butter 3 tablespoons
mustard seed
2 cup water salt


To prepare:
400 g of sausage
25 cl of heavy cream 3 large eggs

1 tbsp mustard "soft"
2 tbsp capers 2 tbsp
olive oil and 10 g of butter
salt and pepper

Preparation:
Make the pastry, put it into a ball, shoot and make it stand for 1 hour in a cool
Remove skin from sausages
In a saucepan heat the olive oil with the butter when the pan is hot add the sausages, mustard and capers, salt and pepper "light" mix spatula on fire "very sweet" for 2 to 3 minutes for the sausages and crumble mix with other ingredients to stop the heat, cover and leave thus few minutes
