Soft Maple
Serves: 8 people
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes at 200 °

must:
4 apples
20 cases of maple syrup
200 g sugar 200 g brown sugar
almonds
20 g flour 20 g flour
Grapeseed
baking powder 1
5 eggs 1 tbsp lemon juice butter for the pan

Preparation: Separate

Beat the egg whites with lemon juice in a bowl
whisk Electric 200 g of sugar with the 5 egg yolks add still continuing to whisk flour and baking powder, almonds
oter Peel apples and cut the hearts into quarters
Butter a mold and then pour half of the preparation
Place apples in a rosette
Pour the remainder of the preparation on apples
Bake preheated oven at 200 degrees for baking 35 to 40 minutes
Turn out hot and sprinkle immediately with maple syrup
Let cool then refrigerate for 6 hours before serving so that the maple syrup soaks in all
